Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How We Use Google’s OAuth API and Google’s YouTube Data API
The following describes the way Live Comment Manager accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data. Live Comment manager (LCM).
How LCM Accesses and Uses Your Google and YouTube Data
If you use LCM and want to connect your YouTube account, you will need to approve the connection between LCM and Google. Without seeing any passwords, Google’s OAUTH API and YouTube Data API allows LCM to connect to your YouTube account and show specific data. After the YouTube connection is made, LCM will be allowed show your video’s thumbnails, video titles, profile picture, and stream names, both live and on-demand.
LCM does not modify or delete your YouTube content, even though the permissions are allowed for these actions. LCM is a Comment Reading Application and only uses your YouTube connection to read your video libraries and their comments and associated video images.
Users of LCM Are Bound to YouTube’s Terms of Service
YouTube Users of Live Comment Manager are bound by YouTube’s Terms of Service. You can view the YouTube terms of service here.
How to Revoke Google Permissions to LCM
You may revoke this permission at any time by visiting https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions which addresses how to revoke permissions and manage third-party applications connections for your Google Account.
How the LCM API Client uses YouTube API Services
Live Comment Manager uses YouTube API Services to show a list of your videos and the comments within that video.
How LCM Stores Your Google Data
LCM stores a non-personally-identifying “hash” which is associated with your account. This “hash” represents the connection between LCM and Google YouTube API Services. LCM stores this hash and associates it with your LCM account. It is this relationship which allows you, and only you, to access your Google YouTube data, videos, and comments.
How LCM Shares Your Google Data
LCM will never share your information with anyone and we don’t hang out with people that do. LCM stores no personally identifiable Google information about your account.

Account Deletion / Your Right To Be Deleted
After your subscription ends, you can request that your account be completely deleted from our system.
To do this, send an email to privacy@livecommentmanager.com with your request.
Additionally, Live Comment Manager’s API Client accesses your Authorized Data using the YouTube API. You can, in addition to, in in place of, revoke LCM’s API Client’s access to your data via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Those two (2) procedures, account deletion and API permissions revocation, completely “ghost” you from Live Comment Manager.
It’s important to note that your previous invoices to LCM and their information will not be deleted.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
